So, we are still meeting with Kre and her family. Kre is totally ready to get baptized, but she has to wait until either she turns 18 or her dad gets baptized, because in their culture if the father joins then everyone does. She is just on fire though. On Friday, she asked us for a copy of the Book of Mormon to give to her friend. We went over to the friend's house to work on reading English with her, and Kre handed her the Book of Mormon and explained where it came from in their language. Then she marked her favorite chapter (3 Nephi 27) in the book and invited her to read it. It was awesome! Then on our way out of that lesson, another girl came up to talk to her and Kre said, "do you want to come to church with me this sunday?" The girl said that she was Baptist, and Kre, without missing a beat said, "okay well you're still invited. It's going to be awesome." She has no fear about inviting all her friends to learn about the Gospel.

Tonight we are meeting with some friends of the Niblett family, Russ and Dixie. They are very Southern, and very Pentecostal, but they have been really impressed by the focus our church has placed on families so they want to learn more. We have had one lesson with them and today we're going to talk to them about praying to know the truth of the Book of Mormon.

Things are going great in Anderson!
